Sometimes we wake up stress because there is so much to do in one day. We try to fit it all in. Somethings get done and somethings do not. Which causes another set of problems. We feel like a failure and then try to figure out how to fix that which really cannot be fixed. Then we read books on time-management hoping that the answers are there. We go to seminars and listen to time-management gurus that share their expertise concerning time-mangement. They have their methods on how to do things quicker. How to utilize all of your time wisely. How to pack it all in without compromising your mental soundness. All of this sounds great. And it might work. However the first question that you should ask yourself that will bring clarity to time-management is this.
DO I HAVE TO DO IT? ENOUGH SAID!!!!!
